A campus-wide smoking ban is now official, but it's unclear when or how it will be enforced; Samantha Muirhead tries to get some clarification on the new policy.  The UT Administration is pushing for a more direct exit from I-475 to Dorr Street that will provide more convenient access to campus.  UT Art students stage an elaborate photo shoot in the woods to recreate a well-known artist's work.  Guyton Mathews is there as a fraternity raises money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Toledo.  Construction is set to begin on a new honors housing facility on campus; Andy Heilman reports from the site of the former Dowd/Nash/White residence halls that were demolished last summer.  Coty Wright has Rocket Sports; a recap of the softball team's games at Kent State and Buffalo, and highlights of the baseball team's 3-game series vs. Ohio University at Scott Park.
