Natalie Rice
Newscast Director Natalie is a senior majoring in Media Communication and Theatre Design and Technology. She has an addiction to the behind-the-scenes creation and production of live events. She can often be found calling shows for theatre or working productions for ESPN games. In her off time, she is crewing on a tallship. She hopes directing UT:10 will be a step into a professional media production career upon her graduation in December 2022. |
Gabby Coon
Web/Social Media Director Gabby is a senior from Bowling Green, Ohio majoring in Media Communication here at UT. She has very recently found her passion in media, as this is only her second year in the Communication department. She has special interests in videography, editing, producing, and social media marketing. After graduation in May of 2023, she plans on working as a digital marketing specialist or a digital content creator. Rylee Dean
Graphics Producer Rylee is a Senior from Southeast Michigan majoring in Marketing and Communication through The University of Toledo’s University (Individualized) Studies program. Rylee is also minoring in Digital Art and Visual Communication and will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in May 2023. This is her first semester working with UT:10 News, and her first graphics position. Through her work with UT:10 News, she hopes to learn more about Adobe Photoshop and how to accurately capture and portray an intended message through graphic imagery. Krystal Clark
Multimedia Journalist/Production Assistant Krystal Clark is from the seaside city of Auckland, New Zealand. A junior at the University of Toledo, she is in her first semester with UT:10. As a Media Communication student, she hopes to graduate and pursue a career in journalism, either in print or broadcast. She is also on the news committee for the student radio station WXUT 88.3FM and a student writer for UToledo News. Multimedia Journalist/Production Assistant Belle is a sophomore from Dundee, Michigan and is majoring in Media Communications to pursue a career as a multimedia journalist. Sydney Schauwecker
Multimedia Journalist/Production Assistant Sydney is a senior in her last semester at the University of Toledo in the Media Communication program. Sydney is very active in the campus music scene, hosting frequent comedy/music podcasts and serving as the music director for the campus radio station, 88.3 WXUT. When not at UT she works as a makeup artist for Ottawa Hills Local Schools’ theatre department. Growing up around cameras and on stage, Sydney is thrilled to make her debut with UT:10 News. Ghiman Mckinney
Multimedia Journalist/Production Assistant Ghiman works as an editor and photographer at WTOL:11 in Toledo. For the future he plans on being a sports analyst, with the goal of having his own sports talk show one day. He also establish and own a restaurant. You can catch Ghiman on his podcast "The Juice Alert" where he provides very strong opinions on sports, as well as on the Glass City Showdown for 88.3 FM WXUT Toledo. You might also catch him doing some color commentary for the UT football and basketball teams. His favorite music artist is Kanye West. Grace Powell
Multimedia Journalist/Production Assistant Grace is a senior from Cincinnati, Ohio studying media communication, film, and marketing. She enjoys working on live sports productions at UToledo and her job as the Photography and Videography Specialist at the Rec Center.
