UT's President, Dr. Lloyd Jacobs is hospitalized for heart surgery.  Coty Wright has information on a new partnership with Bowling Green State University that will open up their aviation program to students at UT.  Area residents celebrate Japanese culture through a Cherry Blossom Festival in Bowling Green.  A UT fraternity is raising money for the daughter of one of their members who has been diagnosed with cancer.  Samantha Muirhead is there as Art students showcase their work at the Center for the Visual Arts downtown through two BFA exhibitions.  Students celebrate African culture on main campus.  The UT police department is hiring new officers, we have information on the requirements for applicants.  A group of students is spreading happiness by displaying signs along the street.  Spoken word poetry and music comes to Doermann Theater with "Stella's Playlist."   Guyton Mathews heads downtown for the Toledo Mud Hens' opening day, and also has highlights of the Toledo Walleye hockey team's match against the Fort Wayne Komets.
