Our first newscast of the semester is scheduled for Tuesday September 17. Here's a tentative list of just some of the stories we're working on:
-A complete look at Music Fest, which will take place this Friday, September 13 on Centennial Mall
-The new MyUT Mobile App, which brings the functions of the MyUT Web Portal to iPhones and Androids
-The UT Athletic Department's plan to sell alcohol at football & basketball games on campus
-UT teams up with Huntington Bank to bring new banking options to campus in the Student Union and Gateway
-The University is taking over recycling operations on campus that were formerly contracted to Lott Industries
-Investigations into two separate crimes on campus including an altercation near the Greek Village where a person was stabbed, and the assault of a student in the smoking hut near the Academic House
And, until our show next week, here's a look at the Comm-4100 reporters and their student producer who will bringing you the latest campus news every Tuesday!
